AQUAMINERAL 2K Ultra

Two-component highly elastic sealing micro-mortar

Application:

  • Waterproofing of terraces and balconies
  • Damp-proof insulation and waterproofing of underground elements of buildings and structures in old and new buildings
  • Sealing of the plinth area of a building
  • Intended for: baths and swimming pools, waste water tanks, domestic water tanks, liquid manure tanks, landfill sites, car wash facilities
  • Sealing coatings under ceramic tiles

Properties:

  • Fibre-reinforced
  • Flexible
  • Bridges micro-cracks, even at very low temperatures down to -20°C
  • Resistant to the impact of water under a pressure of a 50 m water column
  • Has a drying time indicator - a change in colour indicates readiness for the application of subsequent layers
  • Resistant to aggressive chemical solutions, petrol and diesel
  • Insensitive to impact of domestic wastewater and pool water
  • Low water vapour diffusion resistance (allows water to evaporate from a dampened structure)
  • Resistant to UV radiation
  • Inhibits the carbonation of concrete
  • Counteracts the salting out of sulphate salts
  • Solvent-free
  • Has a Hygienic Certificate approving it to be in contact with drinking water

Available packaging:

  • 40 kg (component A+B)

Composition

  • liquid component (component A) - aqueous plastic dispersion
  • powder component (component B) - modified cement compound
