BITFLEX Quick Spray

Bituminous-latex anionic emulsion, to be used with a coagulant with spray method

Application:

  • Waterproofing and protection of underground and above-ground parts of residential and industrial buildings
  • Insulation technology for the construction of roads and engineering structures
  • For substrates: concrete, precast elements, masonry (with joints), steel

Properties:

  • Creates a coating immediately resistant to rain
  • Extremely flexible - elongation above 1000%
  • Seamless, forms an even and homogeneous coating regardless of the form of the surface
  • Perfectly adheres to the sprayed surface
  • Efficient - over 1500 m² per day
  • Enables waterproofing to be carried out quickly
  • No additional processing required (e.g. at inlets, drains, pipes)
  • Convenient to use
  • Can be applied to surfaces that are difficult to access
  • Does not contain solvents
  • Safe in contact with polystyrene foam
  • Resistant to natural substances in the ground

Available packaging:

  • 30 kg, 1000 kg

Keep the following in mind when building foundations

Foundations are, quite literally, the base of every building. While they seem robust and impervious, their longevity largely hinges on adequate water protection. Neglecting proper waterproofing can lead to severe issues - from dampness and cracks to mould growth and even a weakened structure. This raises the question: how can foundations be adequately protected against the adverse effects of water?
