Separator B

The substrate to which the product is applied must be free of mortar and concrete residues, dry, free from frost, ice and stagnant water. In addition, it must be free of dust, oil, grease and other contaminants that could reduce the effectiveness of the applied product.
If it is necessary to remove old release oil/agent, a thorough cleaning of the surface is recommended.

Check the production date on the packaging before use and make sure that the product packaging is not damaged or compromised. The product should have a homogenous consistency with no phase separation.

Separator B is a ready-to-use product. 
If stored at low temperatures, the product should be placed in a warm room for a minimum of 24 hours before use. 
Before applying the product, shake the packaging vigorously (for approximately 30 s) to thoroughly mix the ingredients.

A properly executed/applied coating should be uniform and colourless. The applied product should not leave any visible stains or discolouration on the surface. It is important that the structure of the concrete retains its natural, aesthetic appearance and that the edges remain sharp and precise.

Apply Separator B to the prepared substrate in thin layers. Apply the agent with a paint brush or using the spray method (spray nozzle Ø max. 1 mm).
Remove excess product with rubber scrapers resistant to mineral oil.
The product forms a transparent film as it dries, which does not hydrophobise the concrete surface.
It is not recommended to use the product for moulds reaching temperatures higher than 50^◦C.
